Faith Formation Requirements

• Registration periods are held annually at the end of the Faith Formation year and again in mid-summer.
• To enroll in our Faith Formation program, a copy of the child's Baptism Certificate is required.

Registration dates and important announcements are communicated through our parish bulletin, church announcements, website, and social media platforms.
